I've believed in people my whole life — and I've spent almost ten years in HR crafting spaces that actually reflect that belief. My work has always lived at the intersection of people, policy, and practice: designing sustainable systems, developing leaders who inspire, and partnering with organizations who are serious about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.

I've done this across nonprofits, manufacturing, hospitality, and beyond — which means I know how to meet organizations where they are and adapt to their needs. I don't do "one-size-fits-all." I listen, I assess, and I build something that actually fits.

Mosaic Talent Group is the natural extension of everything I value in the workplace. Every organization is a mosaic — made up of people with different backgrounds, experiences, and strengths. When those pieces come together intentionally, something really beautiful gets built, and that's the work I'm here to do.
